The Details
• The tag measures 1 1/4" x 1 3/8 and is handcrafted using thick 12 or 14 gauge metal
• Each Willis Bella tag is designed and handcrafted start to finish by one artist in Cincinnati, Ohio.
• Proprietary ink, developed over years, for long lasting dark designs

The Process
Hand stamping is a very different process than traditional engraving. Hand stamping is done entirely by hand, with a hammer and steel stamp. The stamps have letters or designs carved on the end and each is individually stamped into the metal with a hammer. Every item is carefully handcrafted, so certain variations are to be expected. This adds to the one of a kind nature and overall quality of each piece I create.

Due to the hand stamped nature of the tags, I am not able to provide a proof prior to making an order. There is no computer involvement for these, each letter and design is hammered into the metal one by one.

Choosing a Material
•Aluminum (Silver) - 12 gauge hypoallergenic solid aluminum. Thick, durable, and very lightweight. Aluminum does not tarnish, but may require cleaning now and again.

•Brass (Gold) - 14 gauge solid brass. Thick and very durable. This type of metal will develop a natural patina over time. Follow our easy care instructions for cleaning.

•Copper (Rose Gold) - 14 gauge solid copper. Thick and very durable. This type of metal will develop a natural patina over time. Follow our easy care instructions for cleaning.
